if I click continue it takes me to the email and password pages which I know. Then after it signs in it takes me to the "Add Security" page and asks me 2 questions 1:Can't access your account? or 2: Continue. When I try to log into my account (on the xbox console) this is what happens.įirst it takes an crazy long time to sign in. and my wife nagging endlessly about how I can fix every tech problem on the planet for everyone else but I can't fix my own kidlet's problem.Ĭan anyone point me down a new path? help me so that my kids stop complaining to my wife about me being a horrible geek. So I do what I should have done months ago, I reach out to the greatest online community of geeks on planet earth. but experience has taught me otherwise after three months of dropped email threads. all they can recommend is calling or emailing or starting yet another online chat with MS because they can fix it. I am at the MS Store at West Edmonton Mall finding out that these guys can't help either. MS now has no family account and they can't seem to figure out how to get all the data that all of my kidlets have been saving to that account to the new account (that we paid for 3 months ago). So my son has five x-box devices at home and we used a family account for years.
